The Ireland Chamber United States (ICCUSA) held its annual summer golf outing at the K-Club on June 26th.The event consisted of a round of golf on the Palmer-designed course for nearly 50 guests, subsequently leading to the highlight of the evening-a private dinner for over 100 guests.

The evening began with ICCUSA's president Maurice Buckley offering a gracious welcome to the guest speaker, Kathleen Kennedy Townsend. Kennedy Townsend is the former lieutenant governor of Maryland, former deputy assistant attorney general of the US, and chairman of the Robert F Kennedy Memorial. She greatly impressed the audience with an impassioned and insightful speech regarding the upcoming United States presidential election, including some thoughtful comments about her father, Robert F Kennedy.
