As the leading networking organization between the U.S. and the island of Ireland over the past 20 years, The Ireland Chamber - United States is a bit player in Ireland's larger economic success. We are a non-profit membership organization that actively promotes the business interests of our members and the development of economic, commercial, financial and educational relationships between the United States and the island of Ireland. Our membership consists of executives, professionals and entrepreneurs in the U.S., Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Maurice A. Buckley, Founder and President/ CEO of the The Ireland Chamber - United States which promotes business between USA & Ireland and has played an important role in the success of the Celtic Tiger over the last 15 years making Ireland one of the most successful economies in the world today.
He is also President of NECO (National Ethnic Coalition) which presents every year the Ellis Island Medal of Honor. The Medal is presented to outstanding American citizens from all walks of life that have distinguished themselves among their specific ethnic groups. The Ellis Island Medal of Honor ranks among this country's most prestigious awards officially recognized by both the US Senate and the US House of Representatives. Six Presidents of the US have received this award as well as many Members of Congress, Nobel Prize winners, prominent scientists and outstanding military heroes. |

Previously, he served as President/ CEO of Pamarco Technologies, directing the growth of that firm from $25 million in annual revenues to more than $130 million in four years.
In 1965, Mr. Buckley founded MAB group, a European manufacturer in the graphic arts field. In 1974, he became chief executive of a publicly traded industrial firm listed on the Dublin Stock Exchange. He currently serves as a consultant to several international business operations.
He is also a Knight of Malta. He is a recipient of the prestigious Ellis Island Medal of Honor. A graduate of Manchester University in England, he and his wife Nancy are residents of New Jersey (USA). They are committed to several fundraisers like HOBY, Gift of Life, GOAL, CONCERN that benefit children.

Larry A. Handeli Executive Director
Larry A. Handeli, CPA(ret.) has been with the Ireland Chamber - United States since 1999. During his tenure he has held the position of Commercial Director and currently is Executive Director. In addition he is a financial consultant with emphasis on non-profits and has worked part time in this capacity at the National Ethnic Coalition of Organizations Foundation Inc. (NECO) for the past 3 years. Prior to 1999 he held various financial management positions at Pamarco Technologies Inc(VP/ CFO). In this prior career Larry was in charge of due diligence on a half dozen acquisitions in the paper/ packaging industry both domestically and internationally. In addition he was a partner in a private venture capital firm from 1999-2001 where he performed due diligence on a number of acquisitions. Larry has been married for 25 years with 3 children and is a graduate of the University of Delaware.

Brian McGinley Vice President, Marketing and Development
Brian has nearly 15 years of experience in non-profit management and fundraising for charities, non-profits, and NGO's (non-governmental organizations). He has honed his fundraising, development and cause-marketing skills at the local, national and international levels. His portfolio includes successes in cause-marketing and corporate partnerships at the National Office of the American Lung Association and international fundraising, government and Board relations experience with Co-operation Ireland.
The bulk of his expertise is in corporate relations, board development, government relations, writing, prospect research, events marketing and cause-marketing sponsorships. His path has afforded him ample practical experience in direct, e-mail, capital campaigns and major gift solicitations. He thoroughly understands the "value exchange" and "trust levels" that must exist for community based marketing and fundraising efforts to be successful.
Brian has a BA from Manhattan College, (Riverdale, NY) with a Major in Government & Politics and a Minor in History. He is also certified in "Non-profit Management & Fundraising" from Columbia University and has completed "Cause-marketing" coursework at New York University. He was also an NCAA- Division I, Scholarship-Athlete in Men's Soccer at Manhattan College. Brian and his wife Deana are blessed with 2 children.

Padma Kondapeta Director, Events
Padma Kondapeta has been an integral part of the Ireland Chamber team for the past nine years coordinating various Chamber events such as the St. Patrick's Day Breakfast, Summer Event at the K-Club and the Annual American Celtic Ball.
In addition to these, she is involved in coordinating various trade missions for the Chamber. She also contributes to providing scripts, layout and production of event programs and materials such as the Ireland Chamber news magazine and the Celtic Ball souvenir journal.
Padma holds a degree in Business/ Commerce from India and an MBA with specialization in MIS.
